Camp Kids Leaving
Today was the last day of camp for this week. OMG I was so happy to be done with camp. To be honest, I was ready for a weekend. We did partner acro today which was nice because it was something different. The kids really liked it and they finally got to experience some real circus pain =P All the bases were rubbing their backs from doing pyramids haha It was funny =P We got all of their choices for acts so before Monday Naomi and I are going to put together some new groups. It should be good!
I went back to Naomi's right after class and packed up all my crap. I grabbed some snacks from Whole Foods and hit the road. Luckily for me the beginning of the trip was an area I was already familiar with. After that it was a guessing game but it was much easier than getting into Cambridge for sure! Then the rain hit. Big surprise. I don't think there has been a day of travel where it hasn't rained. Freaking A! After almost hitting some people at a random stop light in the middle of the highway things started to get a little better. Driving was boring as usual but I made it back to Brattleboro in good time and in good condition.
I went to Woolley's place first so Ed could finish somethings up. I walked in on Christopher practicing handstands which was funny because he didn't see me for a long time haha. I snapped the above picture during that awkward time. We all hung out for a while then we met Ed at Frankies for dinner. Ed and I shared a pizza and caught up. I came up to Brattleboro so Ed and I could go to Northampton and spend the day down there. I need to drop off my rental application for one place and he needs to get a feel for the area so he can consider moving with Amanda down there. I love the jukebox and Frankies and played 7 songs of awesomeness. I love it =)
Then we went over to Ed's where I proceeded to have an allergy attack from his cats. BUT WAIT! Before that... lol. I saw Wendy's lights on up on the third floor so I bolted up there and knocked on her door. Yay for me she was there! I sat there and got to chat with her and catch up. She was watching the opening games of the Olympics and told me of the greatness of our president and how he was all slouched over and checking his watch haha. What a lame ass. Then I started to get text message complaints that I wasn't downstairs so I said goodbye to Wendy and left.
I got into the apartment and they had pictionary all set up. We played a few invigorating rounds. A lot of funny pictures popped up (see above). I was sneezing up a storm but I lasted. I was supposed to stay at Ed's but I decided to go to Woolley's house because it was really bad for me. We left afterwards and Christopher, Adam and I spent a large portion of the night chatting after that. When I went to bed I fell asleep so fast aye ya!
