Dorm / 4A / Carl's Family & Mine

Woke up pretty early because I didn't sleep well in the crappy dorm room we stayed in. Went up to tower 4A and spent about 8 hours there with my Dad. Had some exciting moments for sure but I mainly chilled with my Mom, Sister and brother-in-law.

Luckily there was internet so I updated my blog and I played a lot of World of Warcraft. I'm still just beginning with that game but it's a lot of fun and a great time killer =) I know, I know, I'm a big dork for playing that game but I no longer have my PS2 and it's nice to have a video game I can play on my computer whenever I want. If any of you play it, please let me know and we can play together ^_^ hehe. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone =P

Cool Thing Outside of Fiesta Cancun

Carl's parents came later that night to say hello. Shortly after Carl's brother, Mark, and his wife, Jay, came to say hi. Jay is very preggers and she is a small girl so it looks funny =P They had to go home though because they were both really tired from some party. But the rest of us went out to a Mexican place called Fiesta Cancun (right down the road woot). It took some convincing but my Mom came along too.

I Did Enjoy that Hat

The place was really awesome and the food was very good. I got some Vegetarian love fest plate that had a guacamole chalupa, cheese enchilada and bean burrito. Yummy. Vi (Carl's Mom) told the woman it was my birthday (it will be this Thursday). For my B-Day they made me wear a giant sombrero, gave me a picture of myself, a fried tortilla with whipped cream and a stuffed moose. Needless to say, I enjoyed the hat (see above).

I totally suffered from food coma after that meal. We brought my Dad some cheese enchiladas which he thoroughly enjoyed. After that I went back to the "dorm room" and watched the Batman cartoon movie I had rented from iTunes. It was a series of shorts based on the time period between the end of Batman Begins and the beginning of The Dark Knight. Kinda cool stuff.

OH OH OH OH OH

I totally forgot to mention that new Avatar episodes have been coming out. I've gotten the 3 that were released on DVD before on TV and two new episodes. The first new one was FANTASTIC and I loved it. The second one was just a mini episode that delayed the finale lol. Now all that is left of this amazing series is the four part finale. Wow. I"m so stoked =D ... on this note, I've been starting to collect my favorite TV shows on DVD and I've come to realize that I mainly watch cartoons. Strange right? But I guess a lot of comedy shows geared towards my generation are cartoons yah? Like Family Guy, Futurama, Simpsons, The Venture Brothers etc etc. Hmm. Will I ever grow up?
