Fun Night Out at the Erie Canal

JESUS! I Would Love to Own This. Thank You Carl =)

Today started much like yesterday: Carrie left, Brodie slept with me, woke up, watched a lot of the Simpsons, read some. Went to Border's again because I was bored. Luckily the employees were different this time =P

I Want to Live Here in the Cement Tower of Cool

When the sis got home, we went to this Middle Eastern place called Aladdins near the Erie Canal. It was a really nice place and I got this super cool pita pocket that was muy mucho yummy. I also had this yogurt/cucumber/lemon/mint cold soup that was fantastic along with a glass of celery juice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rochester =)

How Could I Not? I Mean, Honestly

While we were waiting we went to the walkway on the edge of the canal. We took some pictures and looked at all the people and the cute little family of ducks. As we waited by the entrance of the restaurant, some guy commented on my sunglasses and said they were "coming back into style." He was obviously a little drunk and we all ended up having a conversation about sunglasses =/ Very strange. Luckily we were called for our table around then.

Falafel Pita Goodness

Went to a giant Barnes and Noble Bookstore afterwards. Not much to say about it except it was HUGE and I loved just sitting there in the place. Way cool. In other unrelated news I have a car appointment this Thursday at 3pm. Hm. I've also been getting new episodes of Avatar on iTunes as they're coming out. I had already seen them because they came out on DVD before they were released on air. Stupid people. But anyway, since I signed up for the season pass on iTunes I'm getting them. Woot new episodes.

The Gynormousness That is B&N

So while at dinner my sister got a call from my Mom and apparently things didn't go so well with my Dad's surgery. They found more little tumors on his brain then they had thought were there. So that kinda sucks. We're not sure now if we should go down sooner or not but we'll see.
