A brief update on a recent adventure....
Performance Space in Burlington
I had a wonderful few days up in Burlington VT performing at Burlington's First Night. It was the COLDEST PLACE I"VE EVER BEEN! The lake makes it really cold. We didn't even want to go outside! It was seriously the worst weather I've ever been in for a while. I performed with Deena, Cat, Colleen, Henry, Karissa, Aimee and Troy. We had a lot of fun! Circus Smirkus performed excerpts from their show. We all felt a little dwarfed by their performances but it went well. We did two shows on New Years Eve. I hadn't been on the trapeze for a few months so doing my act was interesting to say the least haha.
Everyone on New Year's Eve at the Hotel
I had lots of fun eating at cool restaurants. Burlington is a really hip town with tons to do and amazing shopping stuff! Unfortunately it was too cold to walk around! I had some great Vietnamese after our rehearsal Tuesday night and some delicious falafel on Wednesday. Our hotel was really nice too! We were all really tired after the show and went straight back to the hotel to celebrate New Years! Amanda and Ed and Randy and Lissa and Danny and other people I didn't really know where there hanging out in Deena and Danny's suite. We had so much fun. It was nice to get back home on New Years day. I've never been so cold... New England has made me cold for the last winter! lol
